In order to address gender imbalance in science, Erica Madonna (University of Bergen) invited both men and women from all career levels to an Equal Opportunity lunch seminar on 18 February 2021.
There are many benefits of gender diversity in the workplace but we are far from this goal. To discuss about what can be done to improve this she has set up a lunch seminar with Audine Laurian who led a project to promote gender balance providing role models to the students and scientific community.
